茨城県つくば市のTwin Peaks Mountain Brewingの名前の由来は筑波山である。つくば市に２００２年から住んでいるドイツ醸造家がドイツのビール純粋令に基づいて水、麦芽、ホップ、酵母のみを用いて、本格的なドイツビールを製造している。情熱を持って醸造していること、そして良い原料をふんだんに使っているのを味わうことができる。私たちは、目指すビールのスタイルの発祥地から原材料を輸入し、ドイツ風の本格的なクラフトビールを新鮮に醸造しています。また、美味しいアメリカやイギリスのビールも作っています。その結果、クラフトビール愛好家の皆さんは、ドイツ風と国際的な風味の多様なビールを楽しむことができます。 The name of Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture, is derived from Mount Tsukuba. A German brewmaster who has been living in Tsukuba City since 2002 brews authentic German beer based on the German Beer Purity Law, using only water, malt, hops, and yeast. You can taste the passion in the brewing process and the abundant use of high-quality ingredients. We import our ingredients from the countries of origin of our intended beer styles and brew fresh craft beers that are true to the German style, and also create tasty American and British beers. As a result, craft beer lovers can enjoy a variety of distinctly German and international flavors.
