About Tholch-Brew
What started out as a kitchen DIY Brew Kit and a nice-to-have Hobby, quickly grew into a passion for Craft-Brewing. After many Friends and Family member enjoying the beers, the idea grew into brewing beer for the local craft enthusiast. While sharing this idea with my brothers, Tholch-Brew was born. In combining our names we are also combining ideas, dreams and some times recipes. We are Thomas, Oliver & Christopher. Cheers!!
