About The Flying Monk Brewery
IN THE EARLY DAYS OF 2020, TWO BROTHERS ACCIDENTALLY STUMBLED UPON THE WORLD OF BREWING … & THE STORY IS STILL UNFOLDING. A family run brewery in the heart of Wiltshire. We took on the brewery in early 2020, right before we were plunged into lockdown. In the months and years that followed, we have learnt the ropes of traditional cask brewing & explored new flavours and beers as we've expanded our keg range. Over lockdown we turned our attention to a derelict barn sat less that 10 meters away from our brewery, and in May 2021 we opened the doors to our Café/Tap. A place onsite where people can come and try our latest releases on tap.
