About The Conrad Seipp Brewing Co.
Conrad Seipp started beermaking in 1854. Following the Chicago Fire, Seipp was one of the city's biggest breweries until Prohibition. Seipp’s direct descendant has brought back his beer. The lineup includes Seipp’s Extra Pale, a pilsner brewed in the pre-prohibition style, the Columbia, a bock originally brewed for the 1893 World's Fair and the Bavarian, a traditional hefeweizen.
