About Subbe Bryggeri

Subbe Bryggeri is a small brewery located outside the city Varberg on the west coast of Sweden. Started by a former chef Martin and his lovely girlfriend Titti in 2018. After 20 years in the restaurant industry Martin felt like he should do something else with his Life. Homebrewing had been a hobby for a couple of years and he went on to studying brewing technology. After 1,5 years he graduated and the rest is history. The brewery is located on Johnssons gård on the countryside outside the city of Varberg. At Johnssons gård ,witch use to be a farm, you can enjoy all of our beers at the Restaurant Spiseriet, a modern Nordic kitchen restaurant with great staff and fantastic food.
