About Stonyslope Brewing Company

Welcome to Stonyslope Brewing Company, a family-founded brewery and taproom opened in 2023 in Calgary’s Haysboro neighbourhood. World inspired, locally sourced. Named after a one-room schoolhouse built in 1930 on our family’s eastern Alberta farm, we honour ancient brewing traditions with locally grown and foraged ingredients. From Finnish sahti and Lithuanian keptinis to Swedish farmhouse ales and Scottish gruit, we celebrate the history and artistry of beer. Inspired by the Scandinavian spirit of hygge, our cozy taproom is a place to slow down, share a pint and enjoy the simple things. Pull up a chair and stay awhile.
