About Shangri-La Highland Craft Brewery
China's first fully licensed craft brewery has been established at the foot of the Shangri-La mountain range, an intact cultural and natural environment. In cooperation with Swiss and German beer experts, our beer is still produced by way of traditional and manual methods, with special focus placed on the selection of pure, undulated resources. Brewing ingredients include pristine alpine water originating from an indigenous ancient spring, a diverse selection of hops, and a mixture of local highland barley, varieties of malt, and high quality yeast.
