About Roc Hopper Brewing Company
Roc Hopper Brewing Company began its craft in the kitchen in 2013 and officially opened the brewery doors in 2019. Our style combines traditional brewing methods with innovative ingredients and flavors to produce our fine ales. Ben and his wife Katy own and operate Roc Hopper Brewing Company. They share all of the duties within the brewery. Katy is a "foody" and imparts her knowledge and love of flavor into Roc Hopper's beer design. Ben is a Family Physician, but prior to that he studied biochemistry and worked in a research/biochemistry laboratory. Together they are combining the Art and Science needed to develop fine ales and expand Craft Beer.
