About Pivovar Hotel, Restaurant & Brewery

Texas’ Czech and German heritage inspired Pivovar to introduce traditional beer styles brewed according to recipes that have been in use for centuries. Our philosophy is going back to the roots of Czech lagers, having a singular focus and trying to perfect a small portfolio of beers by using only noble hops and malt directly imported from the Czech Republic. The final product is fresh, well-aged, unpasteurized, and unfiltered beer made with passion, care and invested time that industrial breweries simply cannot compare with.
