About Paul Bricius & Company

Le birre Paul-Bricius sono ad alta fermentazione, brassate a fuoco diretto usando malto e luppoli di prima qualitá, stabilizzate, rifermentate e maturate in bottiglia, senza subire alcun trattamento di filtrazione e pastorizzazione. Per la loro produzione si utilizzano ottime materie prime e si ricorre ad una filosofia produttiva che esclude rigorosamente l' aggiunta di sciroppi e sostanze caramellose. Siamo noi che con cura ed attenzione seguiamo ogni fase della produzione: dalla coltivazione dell'orzo e seguente maltazione, all'imbottigliamento della birra, per la rifermentazione in bottiglia, tutto fatto in modo naturale, senza trattamenti fisici e chimici. Attualmente sono 6 le birre a marchio aziendale, non pastorizzate, non filtrate.
