About PARDON BREWERY
To give the beer a remarkable quality and, at the same time, originality and authenticity, we use fresh and clean water from the foothills of the Iezer-Păpușa massif as a base. We perfect the recipe with the best ingredients: the highest quality malts and aromatic hops, brought from established suppliers with a tradition in the beer industry. The most important part in the production of craft beer, respecting the " Reinheitsgebot - German law of beer purity" from 1516, we decided to use only the four traditional ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast, "law" that we respect every time, in every beer recipe, every batch produced. Thus, the unfiltered and unpasteurized craft beer PARDON, from Câmpulung, with spring water from the Iezer Papusa massif, becomes a symbol of tradition, quality and passion.
