About One Beer Later
Brewed since 2017 in Buzău, Romania, by a Frenchman named François. He fell in love with the wild landscapes at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains and chose this magical land to open his brewery. Coming from a family with a brewing tradition in France and Belgium, François founded One Beer Later, bringing his passion for beer to the wild wild east. Since then, the brewery has grown steadily, crafting a diverse range of high-quality craft beers—from traditional recipes to bold, experimental brews.
