We produce non-pasteurised beers, exploring all styles and giving value to local products as “Farina Bona” (corn) of Val Onsernone, chestnut honey from Ticino, and “uva Americana” (grape) must. All the beers are top-fermented. WE PRODUCE EMOTIONS SINCE 1999!!
