About Oak and Otter Brewing Co.

Oak and Otter Brewery Company is located in San Luis Obispo in the heart of the California Central Coast. We are passionate about well-made, craft beer. In our small batch taproom, you will find a variety of traditional styles as well as innovated new twists. Our tasting room provides a relaxing community hangout spot where all are welcome. Head Brewer, Dylan Roddick began home brewing beer in his kitchen nearly ten years ago. Hundreds of batches later, and numerous homebrewing competition medals (including Best in Show at the Mid State Fair in 2017), he is excited to share his brews with people of the Central Coast.
