About Neumarkter Lammsbräu

Family-owned since 1800, the company switched entirely to organic beer production in 1987 and now brews about 19 types of beer. The Reinheitsgebot has been extended and applies also to the cultivation. Thus, nothing but raw materials grown by organic farmers under exclusive contract to the brewery is used. Lammsbräu is one of the few breweries with an own malthouse, allowing for maximum options in the composition of artisanal beers. Today, Lammsbräu combines the ancient art of brewing with modern technologies to make pure, healthy and flavorful beers, non-alcoholic malt beverages and soft drinks. Creating enjoyment while acting sustainable is central to Lammsbräu. Lammsbräu is dedicated to environmental responsibility, sustainable agriculture and your well-being.
