About Mountain Layers Brewing Co.
Award-winning Mountain Layers Brewing Company was founded by a frost-bitten couple from Minnesota. While escaping the winter up North and taking the road less traveled they found themselves in Bryson City. They fell in love with the people and the place and made it their home. They opened the brewery with a vision to share their love of craft beer, quality time with friends, and enjoying the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. Available in our taproom and at a variety of local and regional restaurants, bars, and pour houses.
