MAHANINE BREWING-Peeling fruits, Tasting MAHANINE. We change the mundane world with beer’s boundless flavor. We excels in imagining and realizing flavors, particularly in brewing fruit-flavored beers. MAHANINE BREWING was established in 2017 and began production in 2018.It currently has one brewery in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, and another in Taiyuan, Shanxi. The name “MAHANINE” comes from the first characters of two plaques on the mountain gate of the Dazhao Temple in Hohhot: “ 大 (Maha) Zhao Wu Liang Temple” and “ 九 (Nine) Bian Di Yi Quan,” representing prudence and purity. 大九酿造，用无边风味，打破世界平淡。剥开水果，找到大九，我们擅长从风味想象到钻 研实现，热衷于以水果为风味特色的啤酒酿造。大九酿造，成立于 2017 年，2018 年正式 投产，目前在内蒙古呼和浩特和山西太原各拥有一座酒厂。“大九” 二字取自呼和浩特大召 寺山门二匾“大召无量寺”和“九边第一泉”的首字，代表谨慎和纯粹。
