Aficionados pela história da Máfia no Cinema, a Mafiosa é uma cervejaria cigana de Valinhos que surgiu nas panelinhas do "homebrewing" em 2013 e foi lançada ao mercado em agosto de 2015, quando transferiu sua produção caseira para as instalações de fábrica da Cervejaria Dádiva. Desde então, iniciou um processo contínuo de desenvolvimento de rótulos temáticos, todos seguindo estilos da Escola de Cerveja Americana.
