About Libata
With the Craft Heritage seal of quality, Libata is a craft beer made in Vila Viçosa, Alentejo. The name is derived from the word "Libar" wich means to drink in honour of someone. Curiously, and for unknown reasons, inhabitants of Vila Viçosa were called "Libatos". Thus, our beer is also a way to pay tribute to the village.
