About King Cask

King Cask is not a brewery We are three friends with a passion for quality spirits, beers and the sea. A shared hobby that spun out of control. We grew up at sea, we work at sea, live surrounded by the sea or spend our time off in the sea. A bit of salt water must be flowing through our arteries. Their always has been an indefinite connection between sailors, the sea and spirits. For our first bottling it inspired us to revive the old habit of “Dynamic Aging” on board an ocean-going ship, A unique process which might bring the smell and taste of the sea a bit closer to your home. When bottles are filled with spirits, casks will be emptied. We give these casks a new life in collaboration with our local breweries. At KingCask we strive for a raw and honest product with a transparent origin. No chill filtration and no additional colouring.
