KEFALONIAN BEER, as the first beer of Kefalonian and Ithaca microbrewery is called, has been a long-lasting dream that after struggle, rigorous planning and passion for creativity has finally took shape. With the believe that local products should be a big part of our lives, the company's main concern has been to produce fresh, non-pasteurized and high quality beers with exquisite and intense flavored ingredients, hoping that Kefalonian beer can satisfy even the most demanding beer lovers' taste buds! Our 100% Greek malted barley, the very carefully chosen hop varieties and yeast and of course the high quality Kefalonian water, is the best guarantee for our beers.
