About Kauri Brewery

Taproom opening hours - Thursday, Friday & Saturday 5.30-9pm (April to September) Organic, hop-forward, fresh and flavourful beers. Everyday kind of beer conditioned in-house in cans or keg and also wild fermented beer aged in wine casks or demijohns. All our beers are vegan, unfiltered & unpasteurised, made as much as possible with ingredients grown & sourced locally. We like to give the beer time so try to never rush the process.
