About Industry Brewing

Liquor production in Peoria began in 1837 – even before the area was incorporated as a city! In the early 1900s, nearly 1/5 of the nation’s liquor was produced in Peoria. By 1917, local distilleries were turning out more than 62 million gallons of alcohol. Over 100 years later, Industry Brewing seeks to bring Peoria back to its roots – liquor. We strive to create something Peoria and its residents can be proud of. By taking something simple – a beer – and putting our own unique spin on it, we bring the “Whiskey City” a product like no other.
