About Holliday Brewing

Two brothers with adventurous spirits and West Coast roots bring their appreciation for quality craft beer, specifically IPAs, to South Carolina. Holliday Brewing is a family affair – with beers inspired by their collective love of travel and adventure. For more than 10 years, head brewer/partner John Holliday has created award-winning beers at home. He also worked for decades in a manufacturing environment – most recently at San Diego’s White Labs, the area’s biggest manufacturer of yeast for the craft beer industry. Partners Jim and Carin Holliday bring decades of experience in business, management, manufacturing and marketing. Mike Cater has provided expertise and resources – including the services of the Sun City Woodworkers – to make the Holliday Brewing dream a reality. The Holliday children also have provided inspiration and ideas to ensure Holliday Brewing is a true reflection of what we are about.
