About Hofmeister Brewing Company

Hofmeister is back – the same name but a very different beer. If you remember us from the 80’s, today’s Hofmeister might well surprise you. Following a relaunch in 2017, Hofmeister now makes genuine Helles lager that’s slow-brewed in heart of Bavaria by a 4th generation family brewery. Crafted with all the skill and passion you’d expect from a German beer, we use only three ingredients - natural mineral water, locally grown barley and Hallertau hops. Don’t just take our word for it. Our Helles lager was crowned ‘World’s Best Lager’ at the last IWSC Beer Awards.
