Bayswater's best kept foodie secret, Hard Road Brewing. A working brewery with craft beer brewed and served on site. We’re always keen to share our brewing tips, ideas and recipes and have quickly become a hub for homebrewers & fellow beer enthusiasts. Step inside our warehouse facility and you'll find a funky bar, with a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere, that's not just about beer. Our bar showcases local and small producers with an extensive wine and spirits list, that's all Australian, and all independent. Our entire back-bar is local, we source bread and meat from local bakers and butchers, even our coffee comes from a roastery down the road. Constantly rotating beer taps and seasonal food specials to keep it interesting for our regulars. Our hospitality is focussed on discovery, as we are driven by showcasing great booze. We engage our patrons with tasters and help them discover new local drinks. Our kitchen, The Roadhouse, serves up delicious diner-style comfort food that's perfect with friends and beer.
