About Grist Iron Brewing Company

Founded in 2015, Grist Iron Brewing Company is a craft brewery and restaurant in New York’s Finger Lakes, overlooking Seneca Lake. Enjoy craft beer, great food, and memorable experiences on our scenic 150-acre property. We brew a wide range of beers onsite—IPAs, lagers, sours, stouts, and seasonal releases—with up to 15 on tap. Our beer is served at over 100 upstate bars and restaurants and sold in cans at Wegmans and independent retailers. Our kitchen offers pizzas, smoked meats, sandwiches, shareables, and specials, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Stop in after a day on the lake or a wine tour—we’ve got you covered. Stay at The Lodge for cozy, modern accommodations just steps from the brewery. Larger groups can book our historic Farmhouse, which sleeps up to 16 and has a deck overlooking Seneca Lake. Grist Iron features an 18-hole disc golf course and a six-acre dog park with its own Woof Top Bar, making us a unique Finger Lakes destination for visitors and their pets.
