Galotia Brewing es una pequeña compañía, totalmente independiente, formada por personas que creemos en la economía local, sostenible y alternativa, y que apostamos por la cerveza de calidad hecha con pasión. Nuestro objetivo es hacer cervezas que no te dejen indiferente, cervezas IRREVERENTES, que no se pliegan ante nadie. Tomamos el nombre de la denominación científica de los lagartos endémicos de Canarias (Gallotia).
