About Fondre
Our aim is to brew seasonal ales that are defined by our ‘house’ mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, an open primary fermentation and barrel maturation. All of our beers reflect the unique natural and human environments that surround us. FONDRE was initially conceived as a collaboration, and will always continue to be a collection of the different ingredients of produce, time, place and people that go into all beer.
