About Flying Guru Brewery

Brewed with nature as a co-creator. Here, it’s not governed by thermometers and timetables – but by wind, weather, and the invisible guests from the air around us. Wild yeast strains and microflora transform grain, fruit, berries, and hops into a living beer that matures slowly in wine barrels through the changing seasons. Each barrel tells its own story – of wood, fruit, season, and patience. Like natural wine, it carries aromas and flavour notes shaped by the same wild yeast and microflora. The taste is complex – often lightly tart, but not sour – fruity with hints of spices and minerals that evolve over time. Once bottled, the beer continues to live on, its flavour carrying on its journey and changing through the years. A beer not just to drink, but to experience – a glimpse into nature’s own time.
