About Fibonacci Brewing Company

Fibonacci Brewing Company is a nano-brewery, urban microfarm, and beer garden in Mount Healthy, Ohio, just north of Cincinnati. We brew small-batch beers that taste like here — built around locally grown, found, and foraged ingredients, local specialty hops, herbs from the garden, and the seasonal character of our six-city-lot farm. Our tap list rotates across familiar Fibonacci favorites and fresh releases from Head Brewer Willie Caldwell, from lagers, stouts, saisons, IPAs, milds, and gose to seasonal beers and nonalcoholic hop water. The farm is part of the experience: goats, chickens, quail, honeybees, a kitchen garden, and the people who tend them all shape what ends up in your glass. Fibonacci is also home to Pi Pizza Company, our permanent wood-fired pizza trailer serving personal pies with spent-grain dough, farm-grown toppings, and fresh salads made for pairing with a pint. Stay for the beer garden, live music Friday through Sunday, farm workshops, community programming, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Under new ownership, we're building on what made Fibonacci special while growing what's next — The Farmhouse private event space, on-site stays, seasonal events, and more reasons to gather. Spiral in and find your golden ratio.
