Tradição. Convenção. Regras. Tudo palavras que não nos dizem nada. Na FdS Beer acreditamos que os melhores resultados nascem da irreverência natural de quem é curioso e procura mais. Uma cerveja que se quer nova, única e sem juízos a priori que já não funciona só como mero acompanhamento de tremoços. E é assim que começámos a produzir a nossa cerveja, aos fins-de-semana (daí FdS) e em Vila Nova de Gaia, com a ousadia de quem também quer participar nesta coisa maravilhosa da cerveja artesanal.
