About Farmentry

FARMENTRY: Fermentary is a coined word made from the words FARM and ENTRY. The name of the brewery is also a combination of fermentation (place of fermentation). Beer is closely related to agriculture, but we don't often get to see the actual fermentation process. We want to be a brewery in Kashihara that can teach people about fermentation through agriculture. We've just started, but we're going to try to tackle fermentation using hops, grains, and auxiliary ingredients that we've grown ourselves.
