About Farm.One Brewery

Farm.One is New York’s most innovative urban vertical farm and brewery mashup. We are an indoor hydroponic farm and NYS farm brewery in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. We sustainably grow fresh salad greens, microgreens, herbs and edible flowers for local chefs, restaurants and retail consumers and we have an onsite brewery, taproom and cocktail bar called The Brew Lab. The showstopper of The Brew Lab is the backdrop of the working urban farm. Not only does this create a gorgeous, awe-inspiring and lively space to socialize, but it also allows us to offer creative twists for everyday classics, including salads, cocktails and craft beer. Farm.One is an incredible fusion of vertical farm, brewery and lively event space.
