About Downton Brewery

Downton Brewery is the home of real ales including Quadhop, New Forest Ale, Dark Delight, Honey Blonde, Chimera IPA, the legendary Roman Imperial Stout and Endeavour double IPA. In addition to our regular ales we also brew seasonal and monthly specials. Our award winning brewery is located in the village of Downton in Wiltshire on the outskirts of the beautiful and ancient New Forest, with views of the Avon meadows to the East, and the spire of Salisbury Cathedral to the North. We encourage the public to drop into the brewery at their own leisure between 8am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, and see how a real local brewery makes its ales. You can even help prop up the bar with draught ale available for consumption on-site or to take away - all at a fantastic price. The brewery is a 20 barrel brewplant and capable of brewing up to 60 barrels a week, which gives us plenty of amazing real ale to share with enthusiasts wanting to find out more about us and taste some amazing beers.
