Todo comienza en el año 2004, cuando llegué a Chile y busqué una cerveza buena y artesanal, momento me ví en la necesidad de crear mis propias cervezas, para consumo familiar y personal, como una producción limitada, pero así mismo fue como se corrió la voz y la demanda con ello, naciendo el negocio de Destilería Lenz, creando una clientela fiel que crece a diario.
