About Cuillin Brewery
This Micro brewery opened in September 2004. It is a 5 barrel plant, which produces 4 Ales: Eagle, Pinnacle, Old Bridge and Blackhouse, which are available to purchase in Seumas’s Bar, and one is normally on in Mackenzie’s bar. The waters for making Cuillin ales are drawn from the river who's source is just above Coire a Bhasteir, the waters running down from the Cuillin gathering minerals and peat on their way to Sligachan where the slightly peated waters are used to give Cuillin beers their distinctive flavour and colouring.
