About Copperhead Restaurant Brewery

Copperhead Restaurant Brewery in Cooroy is part of the new wave of Brew Pubs - a brewery with a real focus on quality food & beer made for consumption on premise only. ​ Enjoy a burger at the bar with a cold beer or sit down to an a la carte meal with full restaurant service at pub prices. Extensive wine list and full stocked bar is also available, making Copperhead a great choice for your next function, wedding or big night out. We are a small batch bespoke brewery, with an ever changing stable of beers. We do not wholesale our beers to anyone, you can only get them here. We aim to have a regular 7 very sessionable beers on tap, with the addition of 'EB's' (experimental batches) to change with the seasons. These 'EB's' will be for the craft beer aficionado. Being an independent small batch brewery, it gives us the freedom to make our beer without fining agents or preservatives making our beer is 100% pure & unfiltered.
