About Cliffton Dry
Founding partner Shelagh D’Arcy-Hinds, a New Yorker who hails from South Africa, was inspired to create Cliffton Dry when she noted that a fresh, sparkling beverage, like the ciders she had enjoyed overseas, was missing in the United States. She sought to create a subtle, healthy, 100% natural drink that would fulfill a yearning among a new generation of drinkers for a crisp, low-alcohol beverage to compliment their informed tastes. Shelagh spent a year traveling throughout New York State to find the finest, premium apples that local orchards had to offer. A great deal of love and integrity is poured into every bottle of this exceptionally delicate, pure and dry drink.
