BIRRA A FUEGO DESDE 2015 Nos importa LO QUE HACEMOS. Queremos una cerveza de calidad, genuina, sin pasterizar ni filtrar, que sea una rica bebida y también un alimento con ingredientes provenientes de cultivos respetuosos con el entorno. Nos importa CÓMO LO HACEMOS, de manera horizontal, desde una cooperativa formada por cuatro socias en la que todas somos iguales. Aunque no hagamos lo mismo, valemos lo mismo y cobramos lo mismo. Nos importa DÓNDE LO HACEMOS, porque queremos habitar el espacio que vivimos, el pueblo de Bustarviejo en la Sierra Norte de Madrid, por lo que allí está nuestro sitio.
