About Cerveza Artesana Bertus

Malta 51 es un proyecto empresarial familiar . El origen hay que encontrarlo en 2010 a raíz de unas inquietudes en torno a la elaboración casera de cerveza . Estas inquietudes se transformaron en auténtica pasión por experimentar nuevas recetas poniendo en práctica nuevos conocimientos , tanto a nivel de materias primas como de proceso . Finalmente , en el año 2013 , asesorados por una serie de Maestros Cerveceros , entre los que podemos nombrar a Pablo Vijande ( MasMalta ) , Salvador Fortea ( Fortiverd ) y Jordi Poblador ( Birra 08) , decidimos dar un paso adelante y constituir Malta 51 , ​​SL.
