About Cervexa Toupiña

Naquel vello complexo agrario galego, que ía esmorecendo nos últimos decenios do pasado século, aínda era posible atoparse con personaxes singulares, e TOUPA era un deles. TOUPA era o meu parente por liña materna, ao que eu acompañaba de cativo polas agras de Lagazós, o seu dominio polas Terras de Lalín, ora gadañando ferralla, ora no Porral ou no Nabal cultivando hortalizas. TOUPA respectaba os ritmos da terra, entendía as mensaxes que a mesma lle transmitía. Sempre rodeado de animais que eran, coma il, seres da Natureza. Todos eses valores, que hoxe coñecemos como Agroecoloxía, xa adornaban a TOUPA.
