Fundada em 2018 em Florianópolis, Brasil, por dois oceanógrafos, a cervejaria nasceu da paixão pelo universo cervejeiro, ciência e tecnologia. Inspirada na teoria do Paradoxo de Fermi, uma marca desenvolvida um personagem, Fermi, que se comunica de forma bem humorada e inusitada com o público, promovendo a conexão e a troca de ideias positivas. Esse conceito único valoriza a experiência coletiva em torno da cerveja, tornando a experiência de cada uma de nossas criações uma oportunidade de interação e diversão. ----- Founded in 2018 in Florianópolis, Brazil, by two oceanographers, the brewery was born from a passion for the world of beer, science, and technology. Inspired by the Fermi Paradox theory, the brand developed a character, Fermi, who communicates with the public in a humorous and unusual way, promoting connection and the exchange of positive ideas. This unique concept values the collective experience surrounding beer, making each of our creations an opportunity for interaction and fun.
