We brew our beer, using traditional methods open fermentation and utilise traditional insfusion mashig tehcnique. All of our beers are bottle condition beer. Bottle condition is the reason of existence of a deposit at the bottom of a bottle. We don't recommend to pour out all contents of a bottle to the bottom in a glass
