About Caps Off Brewery
We are based in County Durham in the industrial north-east of England. Having opened an independent bottle shop & micro pub Ali decided to team up with a lifelong friend David. With over 20 years of hospitality experience the lads commissioned the brewery with onsite taproom in early 2020. Bringing you a wide variety of hop forward beers, big bodied stouts and fruity little numbers. The next few months will see a start to our barrel ageing project and wild fermentation programme.
