ITA – Coacervo tutto alessandrino, avvalorato dall’esperienza ormai decennale del birraio Alessio “Allo” Gatti, il birrificio CANEDIGUERRA è nato ad inizio 2015 proprio nel centro del capoluogo di provincia piemontese, in un vecchio stabile industriale largamente in disuso. Immagine lineare, come del resto lo è la filosofia brassicola: CANEDIGUERRA propone ricette tradizionali, rispettose dei canoni stilistici di riferimento, non filtrate né ovviamente pastorizzate. ENG - An all-Alessandria establishment, spearheaded by the now decade-long experience of brewer Alessio – AKA “Allo” – Gatti, the brewery CANEDIGUERRA was established in early 2015 in the centre of the Piedmontese provincial capital, in an old, largely abandoned industrial estate. With an essentialist image that reflects the underlying philosophy of its beers, CANEDIGUERRA features a range of traditional brews that respect the stylistic canons of reference, all unfiltered and strictly unpasteurised.
