About Bura Brew

Craft Brewery from Poreč-Istria, Croatia. We are a small, local and independent Craft Brewery. Our beer is top-fermented unpasteurized, unfiltered, bottle-fermented (bottle conditioned) no additives or preservatives. Natural yeast sediment. Brewed with passion and expertise by our Brewmaster. Our mission is to make quality and tasty beer for your delight and enjoyment. We pay attention to any single detail from the ingredients to the final bottle that you hold in your hand. The whole process in our brewery is very manual and you are very welcome there to drink together and if you wish to brew with us (if you have time of course...) Before being beer brewers we are first of all beer lovers and beer drinkers. Our beer is not filtered, not pasteurized and bottle conditioned. The natural yeast sediment that you find in each bottle is for this reason the guarantee of a completely hand crafted process. This means that our beer is really craft, hand made and healthy IN BURA VERITAS!
