About Brouwerij De Vlier

Brouwerij De Vlier is een kleine artisanale brouwerij uit Holsbeek, nabij Leuven. Ze brouwt het hele jaar door haar Blond bier, de Amber 69, Dark en Saison. Per seizoen wordt ook een specifiek seizoensbier gebrouwen: de 'specials'. Holsbeekse lentetripel, in de zomer Carrousel, Onbekende soldaat in de herfst en zowel Winterstout als Xmas Spicy voor de donkere winterperiode. De naam van onze brouwerij werd ontleend aan haar oorspronkelijke vestigingsplaats, Vlierbeek. Met onze aperitiefbieren (Gulden Delle, Ferme Framboos en Brut) plaatsen we een ferme knipoog naar de wijnbouw, naar analogie met de demi-sec, rosé en brut in de schuimwijnen, cava of champagne. --------------------------------------- Brouwerij De Vlier is a small brewery in Holsbeek. On the outskirts of Leuven, the beercapital of the world. Our 3 standard beers, Blond and Amber69 and Dark are produced throughout the year. In addition, a seasonal beer is brewed: the so-called specials. The Holsbeekse Lentetripel/Spring Triple; in the summer you can try our Caroussel; In autumn we provide you with the 'Onbekende Soldaat/Unknown soldier' and finally, you can light up your dark winters with our Xmas spicy or Winterstout. The first, original location near Vlierbeek still lends its name to our brewery. Our aperitif beers (Gulden Delle - Ferme Framboos and Brut) are a nod to vine culture, similar to what medium dry, rosé and brut are for sparkling wine, cava or champagne.
