We are an ex-pat small family run brewery in Chico California making British and European style ales in a small 6BBL batch manual system. We brew in a very old fashioned manner using only the necessary technology to produce consistent, quality ales. Each of our ales is matched to an historic event or hero to honor the struggles that have led to us enjoying our current freedoms.
