About Brickfield Brewing

Grain to Glass. At Brickfield it’s not a marketing gimmick. We are a farm family with 2,000 acres of cropland with room to grow our own grains and hops for Brickfield’s specialty craft beers. We feed the spent grains back to our dairy cows at Four Cubs Farm - a, going on, 6th generation dairy farm located three miles from the brewery. We are housed in an old creamery building that we lovingly and thoughtfully renovated for a year to bring you a great location to gather with friends and family while enjoying the view of Memory Lake in downtown Grantsburg, Wisconsin.
